Objectives: The tender focuses on the energy renovation of a multi-family residential building located in Trakia residential complex, Harmanli. It aims to improve the building's energy performance, reduce energy poverty, and support vulnerable energy consumers within the municipality. Situated in a climate-sensitive region affected by the Maritsa Basin and under the Just Transition Fund's scope, the project encompasses designing, constructing, and overseeing the renovation. Key actions include preparing an investment project in the working design phase, implementing construction according to set design documentation, and enforcing energy-efficient measures such as thermal insulation and energy-saving lighting.
