Gender Specialist for FOLUR Project

Objectives: This UNDP-Indonesia tender seeks to engage a Gender Specialist for the FOLUR Project, which addresses the unsustainable management of globally traded commodity crops like cacao, coffee, and oil palm in Indonesia. The project aims to reconcile agricultural productivity with environmental sustainability, focusing on integrated landscape management, sustainable crop production, biodiversity conservation, and value chain enhancement for smallholder farmers. Implemented over 65 working days within seven months, the project seeks to integrate gender considerations across five Indonesian regions, ensuring the development and monitoring of Gender Action Plans, capturing lessons learned, and promoting gender equality within project strategies.
