Hiring firm to conduct a study for SWM project at Teknaf, Cox's Bazar

Objectives: The main objective of this tender is to hire a firm that can conduct a thorough study on the affordability and willingness of the community in Teknaf Municipality and three adjacent unions in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh, to pay for solid waste management (SWM) service fees. The study aims to assess community's capacity and desire to pay, evaluate the current SWM service status, identify the involvement of third-party operations, and determine the viability of composting organic waste and recyclable materials in these locations. Specific objectives include stakeholder mapping, gap analysis of SWM services, feasibility analysis for compost sales, market analysis for recyclable materials, and recommending a sustainable SWM fee structure for stakeholders.
