Objectives: The United Nations Development Program seeks a national consultant to provide technical expertise to the "Promoting Participation Pathways for Human Development – 3P4D” project team in Mongolia. The role involves developing a participatory roadmap for the National Human Rights Program II, ensuring multi-stakeholder engagement including marginalized groups. The consultant will implement this roadmap, facilitate public participation, and support the program’s approval in the Parliament. Deliverables include a methodological guide for collaborative policy development and facilitating engagements across all policymaking levels.
