IC/2025/052 - Technical advisor for development National Human Rights Program II

Objectives: The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) is seeking a national consultant to serve as a technical advisor for the development of the National Human Rights Program II (NHRP-II) in Mongolia. This initiative, part of the "Promoting Participation Pathways for Human Development – 3P4D" project, aims to provide policy and legal advisory services to the Parliament working group. The consultant will help ensure compliance with international human rights norms and national legislation, facilitate meaningful stakeholder engagement, and support the approval process of the NHRP-II by relevant authorities. The overall goal is to enhance civic space, public participation, and promote human rights at the national level.
