Event Management Services for NHDR and G20 EWWG/DIWG Events

Objectives: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in South Africa seeks a professional Events/Project Management Company (PMC) to plan, organize, and execute event-related activities for the Department of Women, Youth, and Persons with Disabilities (DWYPD) within the G20 Empowerment of Women Working Group (EWWG) and the G20 Disability Inclusion Working Group (DIWG). From June 2025 to December 2025, the PMC will ensure seamless event execution aligned with G20 standards, cultural considerations, and security protocols, enhancing inclusion and accessibility for women, youth, and persons with disabilities. The PMC's role also involves logistics planning, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to international best practices while ensuring efficient use of resources including sponsors and partners.
