Objectives: The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Guinea seeks to establish a long-term agreement for security and surveillance services at its facilities, including UN agencies domiciled in the shared UN House, a seven-story building with a basement, as well as daytime supervision of an adjacent parking area, a clinic, and the Guinea-Mali cross-border project. This agreement aims to ensure high-quality security services while adhering to top UN standards for two years, renewable for up to one additional year based on satisfactory performance. The tender comprises two lots: one for the Conakry region and another for the Kankan region, accommodating variable security needs and potential changes related to UN activities.
