Supply, installation and commissioning of Individual Heat Substations

Objectives: This tender aims at the supply, installation, and commissioning of 117 Individual Heat Substations (IHSs) in the Rakivka micro district of Kremenchuk city, as part of the Energy Efficiency Rakivka Project. The project is financed by a grant under the Green Recovery Programme for Ukraine, managed by NEFCO, and co-financing from the city, with an overall goal to enhance energy efficiency in the area. The contract involves design, supply, installation, inspection, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of the heat substations, along with necessary civil works such as dismounting and preparation of construction sites. A two-stage tender process will be used to ensure the selection of a contractor with the lowest evaluated cost while meeting qualification criteria.
