Establishment of Regional Waste Management System for the City of Novi Sad and Municipalities of Bačka Palanka, Bački Petrovac, Beočin, Žabalj, Srbobran, Temerin i Vrbas

Objectives: This tender is directed at the design and construction of a Regional Waste Management Centre (RWMC) located in Novi Sad, with the inclusion of a sanitary landfill, a Mechanical Biological Treatment Facility (MBT), a Material Recovery Facility (MRF), as well as facilities for bio-drying, refuse-derived fuel (RDF) preparation, and a biogas plant. Additionally, the project encompasses the construction of wastewater treatment systems and landfill gas extraction systems. Adding to the objective, two transfer stations will be established in the municipalities of Bačka Palanka and Vrbas, equipped with necessary buildings, equipment, and sorting lines. The successful execution of the tender will see these facilities constructed according to the FIDIC 1999 "Yellow Book" conditions of contract. The ambition is to develop a comprehensive waste management solution across specified regions, significantly impacting regional ecological and sustainability efforts.
