Individual Consultant to Support the Development of Legal and Regulatory Framework for Reclaimed Wastewater Utilization under Wastewater Recycling Activity

Objectives: This tender seeks to hire an individual consultant to support the development of a legal and regulatory framework for reclaimed wastewater utilization under the Wastewater Recycling Activity in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. This initiative is part of a larger project funded by the Millennium Challenge Compact to address Mongolia’s economic growth constraint related to water and sanitation. The project consists of three activities: constructing new groundwater wells and an advanced water purification plant, creating a new wastewater recycling plant and pipelines to supply treated wastewater for industrial use, and promoting policy reforms and capacity building to ensure long-term water supply sustainability.
