Announcement/Invitation to Participate regarding the procurement of development/adaptation, implementation and maintenance services of the IFOREST Information System for the National Office for the Implementation of Environmental Projects

Objectives: The IFOREST Information System is designed to support the National Program for Forest Expansion and Rehabilitation in Moldova by digitalizing processes related to forest plantation establishment and forest rehabilitation. It aims to address challenges such as data collection delays and coordination difficulties by automating planning, implementation, reporting, and decision-making activities. This system enables efficient management of operational processes by providing tools for geospatial data processing, development of afforestation projects, monitoring of forest rehabilitation efforts, and seamless integration with existing databases for real-time data calculation. Its implementation seeks to enhance transparency, optimize resource usage, and support sustainable forest management initiatives.
