Fourniture régulière et ponctuelle de décorations florales et services associés / Regular and punctual supply of floral decorations and associated services

Objectives: The Secretariat of the Council of the European Union aims to establish a framework agreement for the regular (weekly and monthly) delivery of floral decorations to reception areas and for protocol meals, as well as for specific delivery related to high-level diplomatic events in its buildings (Europa and Justus Lipsius). This includes potential services like placement, refreshment, and watering; delivery of bouquets or boutonnieres for events like ambassador farewell dinners; and the supply of funeral wreaths and garlands. The estimated events range from 8 to 14 per year, with a contract duration of 24 months, extendable twice by 12 months each.
