Request for Quotation for the Provision of Telemarketing Outbound Services for the Unhcr Private Sector Partnerships in Malaysia

Objectives: The UNHCR Malaysia aims to engage firms with expertise in outbound telemarketing to enhance fundraising efforts through lead generation and telemarketing services. The project targets generating new donors, converting lapsed donors, and obtaining one-time donations from active donors. The selected vendor will manage and execute these services with strict adherence to confidentiality and data privacy in compliance with local laws and UNHCR policies. The goal is to significantly increase donation revenue through efficient service delivery within a 12-month frame agreement, extendable based on performance.
