LRPS-2025-9197761 INDOMOD update & CwD cost analysis

Objectives: The primary objective of this tender is to conduct institutional consultancy to update the INDOMOD, a national microsimulation model in Indonesia, and estimate the cost of raising children with disabilities. The consultancy aims to produce evidence-based analysis and policy recommendations, facilitating informed budget allocation decisions to reform existing social protection programs to be more inclusive, addressing varying costs across different wealth quintiles. The assignment is divided into two objectives: updating the INDOMOD model and preparing a provincial version, along with estimating the additional costs of raising children with disabilities. The outcomes are expected to influence policy reforms to ensure social protection systems cater effectively to the needs of children with disabilities across Indonesia.
