National Consultant for support to the enhancement of Moroccan stakeholders' capacities GCF- Morocco

Objectives: The primary objective of the tender is to support the enhancement of Moroccan stakeholders' capacities in programming and engaging with the Green Climate Fund (GCF). This initiative targets strengthening the skills and capabilities required by stakeholders such as the National Designated Authority, Potential Direct Access Entities, and key private sector and civil society actors to effectively access and mobilize GCF resources. The project encompasses conducting a comprehensive capacity needs assessment, developing a capacity development plan, and organizing training workshops to equip stakeholders with the necessary knowledge and skills for successful GCF engagement.
