Objectives: The objective of the tender is to establish a framework agreement for recruitment and headhunting services for TradeMark Africa (TMA), an Aid-for-Trade organization aiming to grow prosperity through increased trade. The scope includes supporting the HR team with recruitment, headhunting, and selection for various roles within TMA, identifying and recruiting top talent that aligns with TMA's qualifications and organizational culture. The initiative aims to assure a timely, efficient recruitment process adherent to best practices and legal requirements, particularly focusing on senior-level and difficult-to-fill positions. Deliverables include psychometric assessments for shortlisted candidates.
