PROSPECTS Kenya: Institutionalization and Capacity Building on the Job Search Club (JSC) Methodology in Kenya's Career Development Landscape

Objectives: The objective of this assignment is to institutionalize the Job Search Club (JSC) methodology within Kenya's career development landscape by refining and adapting the Digital JSC Guide to align with national frameworks and ensure accessibility to diverse stakeholders. The consultant will tailor the guide to address Kenya's unique career development challenges and opportunities, facilitate its validation and adoption, and build capacity through training of trainers. The goal is to support the successful implementation and sustainability of the JSC model nationwide, ultimately enhancing employment opportunities for young refugees and host communities in the digital economy.
