Servicio de consultoría para la identificación de oportunidades y diseño de una propuesta para el desarrollo de una Estrategia de Bioeconomía en el Perú

Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting firms must originate from a member country or eligible territory of the Inter-American Development Bank, which includes countries like Germany, United States, Japan, and eligible territories like Puerto Rico and Hong Kong. Firms must have over ten years of experience in strategic planning and management related to biodiversity conservation, the circular economy, or green growth within the public and private sectors. The consulting firm should demonstrate relevant experience in developing environmental plans and strategies in Peru. Associations in the form of JVs are permitted to enhance qualifications, with one firm representing the group. All firms, new or registered on BEO Portal, need to update their Business Partner Number for process participation by June 13, 2025, in PDF format under 45MB. Logistical costs for in-field validations and workshops must be covered by the firm. The consultation works closely with the Ministry of Environment and BID on updates, with deliverables submitted in Spanish and evaluated by the Natural Resources Specialist of BID.
