Objectives: The mission aims to equip the Agency for Recovery and Management of Seized or Confiscated Assets (ARGASC) with an institutional website and a database for managing seized or confiscated assets. The project will design and deploy an integrated digital platform, including a public-access web application, to facilitate interactions with citizens. It will develop a centralized database for effective, secure, and up-to-date management of assets seized by ARGASC. Enhancing ARGASC's visibility in the fight against corruption, economic delinquency, and financial crime through relevant, accessible web content is also prioritized. Ultimately, the site and platform will serve as an interactive, informative space, regularly publishing news, thematic documents, and resources related to public transparency and integrity. The platform will include an intuitive administration interface for ARGASC teams to autonomously manage content and updates.
