Development of the Action Plan - RA Territorial Development Strategy

Objectives: The tender invites consultancy firms to develop a draft Action Plan to implement the RA Territorial Development Strategy for 2025–2030. The project, part of the 'EU LEAD for Lori and Tavush regions' initiative funded by the European Union and implemented by UNDP, focuses on mobilizing local stakeholders for sustainable socioeconomic development. The Action Plan will detail strategic goals, activities, responsibilities, timelines, costs, and funding sources to ensure the strategy's success. The consultancy firm will work closely with the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure and participate in public hearings if necessary.
