Recrutement d'un Consultant Charge de la Conception d'un Mecanisme de Gestion de l'Entrepot des Biens Saisis de l'Agence de Recouvrement et de Gestion des Avoirs Saisis ou Confisques (ARGASC)

Objectives: The primary objective of this tender is to recruit a consultant tasked with designing a management mechanism for the warehouse of seized goods under the stewardship of the Agency for the Recovery and Management of Seized or Confiscated Assets (ARGASC) in Mali. This falls within the project to Combat Corruption and Illicit Enrichment. The consultant is expected to establish a comprehensive, integrated, and secure system for managing the diverse range of assets placed under ARGASC’s responsibility, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with international standards.
