Request for Proposal - Develop NDC Implementation & Financial Investment Plans

Objectives: This Request for Proposal (RFP) focuses on developing an Updated and Costed Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) Implementation Plan and a Financial Investment Plan for Trinidad and Tobago. The key objective is to update the NDC Implementation Plan to align with Trinidad and Tobago's enhanced climate goals, ensuring integration of a just energy transition, renewable energy adoption, and cross-sectoral policy coherence. Additionally, a Financial Investment Plan will be developed to identify priority investments and financing pathways across sectors, aiming to attract private and public investments and addressing gender equality, social inclusion, and establishing conditions to support women-led businesses. The ultimate outcome is to enhance institutional capacities for inclusive NDC 3.0 implementation, ensuring environmental, social, and economic equity.
