Apoyo a proyectos y emprendimientos de procesos de ideación en agua y saneamiento con prestadores de servicio en Ecuador y Colombia

Eligibility criteria: Eligible consultancy firms (ECs) must be from an IDB member country or territory. These countries include a wide range of nations from both the Americas, such as Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, and Mexico, to countries across Europe and Asia, including Germany, Spain, Japan, and South Korea. Territories eligible include French departments such as Martinique, U.S. territories like Puerto Rico and Guam, parts of the Netherlands such as Aruba and Curaçao, and Hong Kong as a special administrative region of China. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience in providing consultancy services similar to those requested, and should register on the IDB's BEO Procurement Portal by the deadline (June 19, 2025). They must have a complete and updated profile, including a Business Partner Number. Firms are encouraged to form consortia to enhance their qualifications, with one firm designated for portal registration and document submission. Proposals should include comprehensive company information and evidence of relevant experience. The estimated budget for the consultancy is USD $145,000, and the scope involves supporting innovation projects in the water and sanitation sectors of Quito and Bogotá.
