Consultoría para Asesoramiento técnico al Equipo del BID (INE/ENE) y a la Unidad Administradora de la ANDE (UAP) para el Programa de Rehabilitación y Modernización de la Central Hidroeléctrica Acaray (Préstamo 4690 OC/PR)

Eligibility criteria: Eligible firms must be consulting companies (EC) from a country or territory that is a member of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Eligible countries include Germany, Argentina, the United States, Canada, among others, totaling 44 member countries and specific territories such as French Guiana and Puerto Rico. Consulting firms are also required to have a registered Business Partner Number with the Procurement Portal of the IDB by July 1st to participate. The estimated budget for the consultancy is USD 135,000, and firms can associate in the form of a consortium or joint venture to enhance their qualifications. The consultancy should comprise professionals across various specializations, including mechanical, electrical, civil, and hydraulic engineering, geological and related fields, with at least 15 years of professional experience. Professionals must have experience in planning, design, and supervision of hydroelectric works, including civil and hydro-electromechanical installations. Additionally, experts must be proficient in communicating and writing effectively in Spanish. The submission of an Expression of Interest (EOI) requires specific background information and evidence of relevant experience.
