Consultancy Services for a Project Implementation Consultancy Team (PICT) for the Youth Transformational Skills Programme (YTSP)

Objectives: The Government of Grenada invites Expressions of Interest for a Project Implementation Consultancy Team (PICT) to manage the Youth Transformational Skills Programme (YTSP). This national initiative aims to enhance Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Grenada by establishing Centres of Excellence in strategic economic sectors. The role of the PICT includes providing planning support, institutional strengthening, stakeholder engagement, and executing the program with a focus on results-based delivery. The program aims to expand access to TVET across Grenada, supporting national workforce development goals through modern, accredited training programs in key sectors such as Tourism, Marine, Agriculture, and Furniture Making/Design. Partnerships with regional and international bodies are encouraged to promote accreditation and sustainable growth.
