Eligibility criteria: The tender is open to eligible consulting firms interested in providing these services. Eligibility is restricted to legal entities from countries that meet the requirements of the Inter-American Development Bank's policies. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience, specifically in renewable energy projects, solid waste management and transformation, sustainable transportation using renewable energy, or nature-based solutions. Each participating firm must have completed at least one study or project structuring meeting these criteria, with a maximum of ten experiences per criterion being accepted. Joint ventures or associations are permitted to enhance qualifications, with the firm's nationality considered as the country of legal incorporation. Expressions of interest must be submitted by July 3, 2025, using Form 2 with specific column headings, and must adhere to guidelines for experience documentation and submission. Consultants should hold contracts related to their claimed expertise, and international firms must have experience from the parent company or subsidiaries.
