Eligibility criteria: To be eligible for this tender, organizations must be from member countries or territories of the Inter-American Development Bank as defined by the Corporate Procurement Policy. Eligible organizations can be from various eligible territories including French departments, U.S. territories, Netherland's departments, and others like Hong Kong as specified. It is vital for eligible consulting firms to register on the BEO Portal and have their Business Partner Number updated. Organizations must possess significant experience in public financial institution technological assessment, digital modernization strategies, and scalable service solutions. Companies should have experience in working with development banks or multilateral organizations and demonstrate expertise in tech-financial innovations including data analysis, digital channels, and client support scalability. Partnerships in the form of consortia or joint ventures are allowed to enhance qualifications, with one entity acting as the representative. The budget estimation for this project is USD 70,000, and all submissions must comply with the detailed requirements of the REOI to be considered.
