Objectives: The Swiss Tourism for Sustainable Development (ST4SD) project is a four-year initiative funded by The Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and led by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation in Vietnam. Its primary objective is to foster sustainable and inclusive growth in Vietnam's tourism sector by integrating sustainability into policies, enhancing education programs, and adopting sustainable practices in tourism businesses. A consultancy study identified the potential of Sa Đéc, Đồng Tháp, to become a key destination, leading to the development of three value chains, with a focus on "Tinh hoa Bách nghệ – Hội tụ đa giá trị." The project seeks a consultant to develop sustainable tourism experiences.
