Objectives: The project seeks to establish a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for providing mowing services at the Colville National Forest Seed Orchard in Northeastern Washington. The contractor will manage, supervise, and execute mowing activities across approximately 197 acres, ensuring the preparedness of seed orchards following the removal of older trees. The contract outlines a base year of 12 months and two subsequent option years to extend the services annually.
