Objectives: The main objective of this call for tenders is to recruit an organization or NGO capable of coordinating and ensuring the successful organizational and technical execution of the 4th edition of the Eloquence Contest in Mauritania. The event aims to promote oratory skills among youth, enhance their communication abilities, and encourage them to express themselves on rights and other essential topics. The contest plans to engage participants and the public in discussions about children's rights and other relevant social, cultural, and environmental issues. The competition will also focus on innovative coaching methods, community mobilization, and media visibility.
