Objectives: The Government of Cameroon, supported by a loan from the African Development Bank, seeks consultancy services for auditing acquisitions under the Projects PAST III, PAT, and PARZIK. These projects aim to develop access roads in the Industrial and Port area of Kribi, fostering regional development. The objectives of the audit include ensuring compliance with procurement procedures, assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, verifying contract management procedures, and evaluating the overall capacity of the Joint Financing Road Projects Unit (JF-RPU) to conduct procurement efficiently and legally.
