Elaboración de un estudio sobre barreras y estrategias de acceso al financiamiento hipotecario de hogares de ingresos bajos y medios bajos en Perú

Eligibility criteria: Eligible entities must be consulting firms from member countries or territories as defined by the IDB's Institutional Procurement Policy. These countries include, among others, Germany, Argentina, and the United States, as well as certain territories like Puerto Rico and Hong Kong. Firms must demonstrate a minimum of 10 years' experience in conducting studies in housing finance and policy in Latin America and the Caribbean, with specific knowledge of Peru's local context. The key personnel required for this project include a Project Coordinator, a Financial Specialist familiar with housing finance, a local specialist in social housing policies, and a qualitative research specialist experienced with vulnerable populations. Firms must be capable of deploying their team to Peru for on-ground activities. Additionally, consulting firms are encouraged to associate in the form of a Consortium/Joint Venture to enhance qualifications, with one firm acting as the representative for communications and submissions. The estimated budget for this project is USD 100,000, thereby requiring firms with the capacity to manage projects within this financial scope.
