Objectives: The National Grid Company (NGC) in Pakistan, post-disaggregation from NTDC, is seeking a Transaction Advisor to support Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives. This role involves guiding NGC through PPP project development, ensuring alignment with sector reforms, conducting due diligence, and structuring PPP arrangements. The aim is to identify optimal value-for-money options, develop risk-sharing frameworks, and prepare comprehensive feasibility studies covering technical, legal, financial, and regulatory aspects. The advisor will also manage the procurement process, bid documentation, and partner selection to support NGC's long-term grid operational sustainability.
