UNDP-IC-2025-162 IC for Midterm Evaluation

Objectives: The mid-term evaluation of the Decentralization, Human Rights, and Local Governance (DHL) project, initiated by the UNDP, is focused on assessing the project's progress, document lessons learned, and recommend areas for realignment. It aims to ensure that the project continues addressing national human rights and stabilization priorities while aligning with UNDP’s strategic goals. The evaluation will examine the project's effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability, and how well it integrates human rights and gender equality considerations. Key interventions include initiatives to stabilize communities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan by providing technical assistance, promoting social cohesion, and supporting vulnerable groups.
