Work Package C (wpc): Supply and Installation of Finishes, Internal Restoration and Mep Fit-out, for the Extension & Refurbishment of the St John’s Co-cathedral Museum

Objectives: The tender focuses on the supply and installation of finishes, internal restoration, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) fit-out for the St John's Co-Cathedral Museum in Valletta, Malta. The primary scope of work includes installing MEP systems and extra low voltage systems, various floor finishes, and completing the restoration of internal facades. The tender further entails decoration work such as wall panelling, cladding, and ceiling installation, along with the installation of glazing, metalworks, internal and external apertures, fixed furniture, sanitary ware, light fittings, and various civil and insulation works. The expected outcome is a fully refurbished and extended museum space that retains its historical integrity while incorporating modern facilities.
