Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting firms must be from a member country or territory of the Inter-American Development Bank to express interest. These countries include but are not limited to Argentina, Brazil, Canada, United States, and the United Kingdom, among others. Eligible firms should have a minimum of four years of experience in developing training programs for public or private sectors, specifically in risk management and climate change adaptation. The consulting team must include a coordinator with at least 10 years of general experience and expertise in designing and implementing training tools. The team should comprise at least five professionals with specific qualifications, such as a specialist in public investment projects and an IT specialist with experience in designing digital training programs. Partnerships in a Consortium or Joint Venture to enhance qualifications are allowed, with one firm designated to manage communications.
