In Country expert and support for OECD cooperation with the Palestinian Authority

Objectives: The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is seeking to source two non-staff consultants ideally based in Ramallah for supporting its cooperation initiatives with the Palestinian Authority. This Call for Tenders is segmented into two distinctive areas: Lot 1 focusing on a Senior Expert, and Lot 2 concentrating on operations and communications support. Interested candidates can apply to one specific lot only. The successful contractors will have the chance to engage in a 1-year framework contract which could be renewed three more times, allowing for a potential overall duration of four years. The framework contract dictates the terms under which future transactions may occur without constituting a direct obligation to purchase services. Selected providers will be considered as intellectual services providers, signifying that while engaged under the framework contract, they are not afforded OECD employee status, nor related benefits.
