Objectives: The tender aims to provide both preventive and corrective maintenance services along with specific tasks (TS) to ensure effective performance of lifting equipment including elevators and goods lifts, escalators, and lifting platforms in European Commission buildings located in the Brussels-Capital Region and its surroundings. This includes obligatory results-driven maintenance operations, the management of critical stock, equipment inspections, and technical assistance when required. The contract is set for an initial term of 48 months and can be renewed four times, ensuring long-term maintenance and support for these installations.
