LOAN-4272 INO: Promoting Research and Innovation through Modern and Efficient Science and Technology Parks Project - CS/PMU/01 Project Management Specialist (55063-001)

Objectives: The Asian Development Bank's PRIME STeP Project aims to promote research and innovation in Indonesia through modern and efficient science and technology parks (STPs). The project, supporting the National Medium-Term Development Plan 2025–2029, focuses on commercializing research, improving startup incubation, and enhancing R&D systems in four STPs under public higher education institutions: Bandung Institute of Technology, Gadjah Mada University, IPB University, and the University of Indonesia. The goal is to strengthen Indonesia's economic competitiveness and growth through R&D and innovation, with outputs including upgraded facilities, improved administration and partnerships, and strengthened capacity in R&D and innovation systems.
