Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting firms must express interest and demonstrate qualifications and relevant experience to provide the services. They should have expertise in supervision or oversight of potable water systems and/or irrigation systems with hydraulic works for pressurized water conveyance, with a capacity of at least 500 l/s, completed within the last 15 years. Firms from eligible countries specified in the IDB's selection policies can apply. The tender allows for joint ventures or subcontracting to enhance qualifications. Shortlisted firms will include a minimum of five and a maximum of eight eligible firms. The nationality of the consulting firm is determined by the country of legal incorporation, and for joint ventures, the representative's nationality applies. Applicants should submit information demonstrating compliance with these criteria and a statement of interest to participate.
