Objectives: The objective of the tender is to establish a framework contract for an independent consultancy to conduct a baseline study within the framework of the Intensification of Agriculture and Technologies (IAAT) for Climate Resilient Food and Nutritional Security in the regions of Tombouctou, Gao, Mopti, Koulikoro, and Segou in Mali. The expected outcome is a comprehensive baseline report that will guide the monitoring of the project's progress and impact, ensuring alignment with the overarching goal of enhancing climate resilience in agriculture and improving food security among vulnerable populations.
