Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting firms must be from a member country or eligible territory of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). Countries include, but are not limited to, Bolivia, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, several EU nations, and the USA. Eligible territories cover regions like Guadeloupe (France) and Puerto Rico (USA). Registration in the BEO procurement portal with a Business Partner Number is required, and entities must update their information by July 1, 2025. Firms should demonstrate relevant experience in healthcare consulting, particularly in evaluating medical equipment and infrastructure. Firms can apply individually or as part of a consortium/joint venture, with one firm acting as the representative. They are expected to comply with all data requests from the BEO portal and provide satisfactory documentation of their expertise. All Expressions of Interest must be submitted in PDF format to the portal by August 1, 2025. Firms should be prepared to discuss, negotiate, and contract based on their evaluation ranking. There are no payments advanced for consultancy contracts unless significant travel is required.
