Eligibility criteria: Eligible consulting firms are invited to express their interest in these services. Interested firms must demonstrate their qualifications and relevant experience. Eligibility requires: (i) A minimum of ten (10) years since the firm's constitution, during which it has developed comparable studies, strategic analyses, organizational performance evaluations, and strategic and operational plan formulations. (ii) At least five (5) studies or projects conducted for public and/or private sector companies in the energy and/or infrastructure fields within the last 6 years (2019-2024). (iii) Experience in at least two (2) projects related to business improvements and strategic direction in Electric Energy Companies (preferably in Transmission Companies) within the last 6 years (2019-2024).
