Description

The Request for Quotation (RFQ) 2026‑002 issued by Norwegian Church Aid seeks qualified suppliers to provide a comprehensive range of first aid equipment under a five‑year framework agreement.
 
The tender includes 38 specialized medical and rescue items—such as trauma bags, tourniquets, dressings, airway devices, splints, warming blankets, gloves, and other essential emergency response materials—delivered under DDP Incoterms to Oslo. 
 
Suppliers must confirm compliance with technical specifications, provide required company documentation, and ensure all offered items meet minimum functional and quality standards. 
 
Award will be based on technical responsiveness, lowest evaluated price, and consideration of environmental sustainability criteria. 
 
Quotations must remain valid for 30 days and be submitted electronically by 15 March 2026 at 17:00 CEST.
