This public service contract aims to recruit a qualified consultant or consultancy firm to support the development of a Green Climate Fund (GCF) Readiness proposal in Palestine. The assignment focuses on identifying and formulating a high-quality project proposal aligned with GCF investment criteria, including stakeholder consultations, technical and financial structuring, and preparation of all required documentation for submission.
