Quality Assessment of the use of SDC PCM instruments according to fields of observation in the domain of results-based management (RBM).
Surveys and interviews about the use of instruments for RBM.
Identifying examples of good practice for internal trainings.
Recommendations for optimising and improving the use of PCM instruments.

3.5 Consortium of bidders
Consortia of bidders are permitted. If a bidder participates in the procedure as part of a consortium, he must identify a member of the consortium who performs the lead function (deputisation, coordination). The bidder lists all members and their roles. All members of the consortium together bear responsibility for the bid.
