United Nations ‘Women in Politics’ Programme is announcing an open call for proposals for think-tanks to produce two comprehensive analytical reports on mapping of 2014 Parliamentary and 2015 Local elections, on the basis of statistical data provided by CEC, aiming at highlighting useful information, suggesting conclusions, and supporting policy-making in relevant areas of Government activity.  

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
