The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select a Company/Institution in order to provide ITU with a Manual of Procedures for the Telecommunication Development Sector (ITU-D). The Terms of Reference for this RFP are attached below.
Please take special note to the following DEADLINE:
1) submission of clarificaton questions: by 13.08.2012 at 12h00 (Geneva time);
2) submission of proposal: by 31.08.2012 at 12h00 (Geneva time).
