SPECIFIC PROCUREMENT NOTICE

SCHOOL SCIENCE LABORATORY EQUIPMENT (Including Consumables) AND RELATED SERVICES

Lot 1: Laboratory Equipment

Lot 2: Laboratory Consumables

The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”) and the Government of the Georgia (the “Government”) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in Georgia (the “Compact”) in the amount of approximately 140,000,000 USD (“MCC Funding”). The Compact and its related documents can be found on the MCC website www.mcc.gov and on the website of the Purchaser www.mcageorgia.ge .

The Purchaser now invites sealed bids (“Bids”) from eligible Bidders to provide a goods and related services references above School Science Laboratory Equipment (Including Consumables) and Related Services as follows (“Goods”). More details on the goods and related services are provided in the Schedule of Requirements.

A Supplier will be selected under the Competitive Bidding procedures. Bidders are advised that these procedures are governed by MCC Program Procurement Guidelines which can be found on the MCC website https://www.mcc.gov/resources .

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. Georgian time on September 2, 2016 at the following address:

Attendance is strongly advised for all prospective Bidders or their representatives but is not mandatory.

Bidders should be aware that distance and customs formalities may require longer than expected delivery time. Late Bids will not be accepted under any circumstances and will be returned unopened at the written request and cost of the Bidder.
