Objetivos:
Apoyar el desarrollo del documento de proyecto desarrollando la nota conceptual existente aprobada por el GEF detallando la información requerida para el Documento de Proyecto que el GEF revisará para su aprobación.
Atender los comentarios técnicos que existan con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos del GEF y apoyando a las contrapartes nacionales en lo que se requiera para la aprobación del proyecto.
